Please select this option at checkout if you qualify. Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Belle Bleau is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return your parcel by following these easy steps! Step 1: Send us an email at info@bellebleau.co.za to make a request. This needs to be completed within 7 days of receiving the purchase. Step 2: Pack up your return and remember to include your packing slip or invoice. This will be inside your parcel. Step 3: Send your return back. There are two convenient options to return your parcel: 1. Self drop off or 2. Own Courier: The cost of the return is at your cost. Please also send us your waybill number so we can track your return. If your return is for an item that was ordered (and not an in store/ in stock item), a courier fee of R100 may be charged. Step 4: Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive your return. If you are not happy with your return, please let us know by popping us an email on info@bellebleau.co.za so we can assist you in rectifying the issue. Return Address: To be provided at return request. Please note that: We do not accept returns on underwear bottoms, earrings, fragrances and cosmetics. We do accept returns on lingerie tops, all swimwear (tops and bottoms), watches, sunglasses and jewellery (excluding earrings). Delivery fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be credited to the account details you provide when logging your return. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss and damage and request a delivery confirmation if using your own couriers. Returns need to be dispatched back to us within 7 normal days of originally taking delivery. In order for your return to be valid, we need to have received a tracking number or the original product within this 7-day window.
